1. SIZING: How do I know which size will fit me perfectly?

All our blazers, trousers, and matching sets are constructed according to our standard sizing charts. We highly recommend reviewing your exact biometric dimensions before completing your checkout. If you need assistance, please connect with our studio on Instagram DM before ordering.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONS: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure local digital options at checkout, including eSewa, Khalti, and direct Bank Fonepay QR scans. Cash on Delivery (COD) options are also available depending on your specific delivery zone inside Nepal.

3. RETURN RULES: What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unused garments. To complete an exchange, customers must first ship the original product back to our Kathmandu studio. Once our team inspects the garment quality and verifies it is in its original condition, we will instantly dispatch your replacement size. Please note we do not accept used items or provide alteration services.

4. COURIER DISPATCHES: What are your delivery timelines and fees?

All orders are processed and dispatched with care from our Kathmandu studio. Standard courier delivery takes 1–2 business days inside the Kathmandu Valley and 3–5 business days for outside-valley cities. Exact shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout.
