If you need to exchange an item for a different size, customers must first ship the original garment back to the Victoria Vintage studio. Once received, our team will thoroughly inspect the product quality. If the item passes our check, we will immediately dispatch your alternative size option.
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery only. Garments must be 100% unworn, unwashed, and completely clean. We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or handled outside our delivery verification.
Please note that Victoria Vintage does not provide alteration services. All garments are sold according to our standard sizing charts. We highly recommend checking your exact biometric dimensions before completing your checkout.
